Each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Orders are typically processed within [2-4 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays). Larger or custom works may require additional handling time, which will be communicated at purchase.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the artwork’s size and destination.

All artwork is shipped with insurance for its full value. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Please note: international customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.
Packaging
Works on paper are shipped flat or rolled in archival materials, depending on size and safety. Original paintings and textiles are securely wrapped and boxed for protection. Oversized or delicate works may be crated.
Delivery & Signature
To ensure safe delivery, a signature may be required upon receipt. Please make arrangements to receive your package at the delivery address provided.
Damages / Issues
Every order is packed with great care. In the rare case your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at [info.carriebergey@gmail.com] with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
Some oversized or fragile pieces may require white-glove delivery or special arrangements. If applicable, this will be noted in the product description or discussed at checkout.
